We have structured our fee and compensation schedule to be simple, flexible and fair. 

· Pre-Packaged, Flat-fee :
We offer pre-packaged real estate services for a flat-fee.  The Statement of Work or Scope of Work (SOW) defines the services performed and details of the cost to our clients.

 · Hourly-rate, Pay-as-you-go Fee:
We offer real estate services at hourly rate much like any professional services such as legal, accounting and architectural firms.  The Statement of Work or Scope of Work (SOW) defines the services performed and details of the cost to our clients. We typically combine time-billable tasks as an extension to a pre-packaged service.

· Traditional Commission-based Fee
We do enter into a traditional commission-based compensation and engagements with clients who are reasonably certain that they will complete a transaction.
